Delivery Charges
Obviously, shipping charges will not same for every order delivery. It will vary from locations to locations & by taking services of different courier companies. So that shipping charges of AED 10 are non-refundable and clearly referenced on our product pages at the time of emirate selection. We offer Free Delivery on purchase of 2 Items
VAT
All product prices displayed on our website are VAT exclusive, at the time of the checkout. There will be 5% VAT applicable on total value of your order as per the UAE taxation LAW
Order Cancellation
You can cancel & change your order at any time but prior to shipping. If you want to cancel or change your order send mail at support@jopters.com with the subject “Order Cancellation”. Please add order tracking number so that we can cancel or change your order instantly. After order cancellation or product amendment, our customer support staff will inform you accordingly.
