Delivery Charges

Shipping charges vary by location and courier services. AED 10 shipping fee is non-refundable. Free delivery is available for purchases of two or more items.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled or changed before shipping by emailing Helpdesk@shopemarat.com with the subject “Order Cancellation” and order tracking number. ShopEmarat reserves the right to cancel orders for various reasons, including stock issues or pricing errors.
