Consumer Protection First
- Refund or Exchange: You can refund or exchange products within 7 days of delivery.
- Receipt Requirement: Keep the original receipt provided at delivery. Electronic receipts or SMS confirmations are not valid for refunds or exchanges.
Refund Guidelines
- Request Process: Raise refund/replacement/upgrade requests through our ticketing system:

- Response within 24-48 hours as per platform guidelines and policies.
Key Notes on Refund Requests
- Opened, used, or damaged packaging products are not eligible for return.
- Hygiene-related products are not eligible for refund or replacement.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery will not be entertained.
- Maintain the receipt for 7 days after delivery.
- No refunds for change of mind or color issues.
Deductions at Time of Refunds
- AED 25 Deduction: For initial delivery and collection charges payable to the courier.
- Defective Products: Defective products delivered by Shopemarat will be subject to AED 25 deduction. Replacements provided if notified within 7 days with proof of purchase.
Exchange/Replacement Requests
- Damaged/Defective Products: Replaced with a new product, no refunds issued.
- Upgrade Option: Upgrade to a higher-priced product with an additional charge of AED 15 and the price difference.
Color Related Requests
- Color Availability: Specific color requests after delivery incur a AED 15 delivery charge.
- No Color Guarantee: Colors are subject to stock availability. Requests fulfilled if possible.
